When asked, “What they enjoyed most about their visit and fitting at Second to Nature?” one patient replied:
My fitting was at the appointed time. I had Ramona as my fitter. We go back many years and the degree of comfort with Ramona is one of a friend more than a client. Ramona goes out of her way to find things that we “hope” will work. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don’t. I am a full size woman and there’s a lot Ramona has to take into consideration. She does this professionally and with such empathy. You walk in with your dignity and leave with your head held a little bit higher.
