Second to Nature we had a chance to interview Brandon Hertzell. Brandon is a managing member. You may not have seen Brandon much on the floor but there is hardly a day that goes by that we aren’t requesting he help or fix something. He is in charge of finance and makes sure everything runs smoothly. Here are a few questions we asked him:
Q: How long have you been working with Second to Nature Boutique?
A: I began working with Second to Nature Boutique in October of 2010.
Q: What led you to this?
A: My mother, Ramona, had began running the business out of our home when I was a teenager. As the business continued to grow, she eventually asked me to come on board to help out with some of the back office related work.
Q: What are some of your favorite aspects about the position?
A: I enjoy hearing the stories about how wonderful the women feel after they’ve been in our boutique and properly fit by one of our certified fitters. Maybe they’ve been a survivor for several years and only recently found out about what’s available to them. They may come in feeling uncomfortable and unsure, but when I hear how happy they are when they leave, that’s a wonderful feeling.
Q: When not serving patients at Second to Nature, what do you enjoy doing?
A: I enjoy spending time with friends and my wife Michelle and our soon to be 5 year old daughter, Arie. We like to ride motorcycles and go to the beach in the warm months and snowboard in the cold ones. We also enjoy traveling to Philadelphia, home of the Super Bowl 52 Champion Philadelphia Eagles, whenever we get a chance.
